I have been a vegetarian since I was 5 years old (too many years to admit), and simple refused to eat meat, fish and poultry products. I have never been vegan. I do like my cheese and eggs... I avoid milk and milk products in favor of almond milk when using due to a degree of lactose intolerance. I have always been a fresh…

I voted this morning. I didn't see any of our stars, but it was purely an oversight on the part of NutriSystem IMO. Rosanna

Great info - thanks.

Great work! There are so many resources for protein shakes and so on that can help you to replicate fast 5. Pay a little visit to your local health food store. If it is a good one, they will have some great suggestions. Regardless - you've got this.

Congratulations everyone and keep up the good work. Hope Father's Day was great.

Patty and Matilem, I may be able to shed a little light on the presence of the reference to blogs and availability in search. Long story - short version...I do web sites. Often, in my experience, when redesigning a site, clients jump the gun on launch of a new and improved site giving the designers and code monkeys little…

I know the feeling! However, I did rearrange my sewing room and have been doing a lot of embroidery.

Looks great - love that sugar free cool whip!

Darn - only down .6 this week, but at least down. Need to do a little change up.

Everyone is looking great! For those of you, like me, who cannot stand pictures of yourself, just believe we would say nothing if you didn't look good. I don't think there is a lot of false praise going on here...

See if this helps...

It is 2 icons to the right of the smiley face. It looks like a piece of paper with a folded corner. Click the little arro to the right of it and it will let you browse your computer to find the photo(s) you want to upload.

I did, but shouldn't have - not nearly as dramatic as others I have seen...

OK, who among you entered those pictures in the Nutrisystem $40,000 contest? There were a couple of real contenders in there. Rosanna

I am simply amazed at how GREAT everyone is looking. Each of you is a true inspiration and help to keep me on the road to success.

I'm with you Penny. I just discovered this thread and think it might just be the place for me. I too will watch and listen for a while... Rosanna from Indiana

Welcome. I don't post much, but am always lurking in the shadows... Congratulations on your first 10 pounds!!! If NS tells you you have earned a bear, it will be in your next order. I am waiting on # 3 and tickled to death. Who would think a little stuffed bear could mean so much?

Great! Keep up the good work!

Interesting side effect - great work on the loss.

Great post. We all need a little nudge from time to time.

Yes and no on that Sue, I wear a polar loop and it reports calories burned to MFP automatically. I could turn that feature off, but I don't mind it changing my total daily calories available. I wanted something that would sync with my loop. I think FB and others may do the same depending on user settings.

Very nice Charlie.

To add to tobefitJen, you need to be sure you are eating enough calories. If you are consistently under 1200, your body goes into a starvation mode and protects itself by not burning calories. Your metabolism does the opposite of what you want it to do. You do not say what vegetables you are eating. I am a vegetarian since…

I was using LoseIt until MFP gained the ability to sync with my polar loop. I like it over other fitness trackers as it is the only one that I could find at the time that was waterproof and tracked my calories while swimming laps.
