7/22 = Not 100% 7/23 = 100% 7/24 thru 7/26 = Not 100% WI = 242 Okay, didn't realize that I spent so many days not posting. Updated the spreadsheet several times, but guess I was just putting my days there. Most of my red days were more like yellow versus red. Too much eating out and too much sodium and carbs to…

Flo - couldnt agree more that the heat...Very hot and draining... Sounds like you were very busy this weekend... Have a great week!

It was hot, but decided to ride anyway. Not a lot of people on the trail when the heat index is 101!!! Missing the visual ticker... Being the accountant brain that I am, ended up logging it all in a spreadsheet so that I can continue to keep track. We're going peach & blackberry picking today. With the storms that came…

Ticker still not working... (sigh)... I was going to ride my bike this afternoon but after taking trash out, decided it was too dang hot. Confirmed the weather when I got back in--heat index is back up to 101 and the air quality is yellow today. Changed my mind to Jazzercise; thank goodness for an A/C option to exercise.…

Flo - I know, right? Should have followed my niece's lead by not even starting on them... And I know that slippery slope so well... Just takes 1 taste and then you have another.... Topped it off with a 3rd and after I ate it, knew I shouldn't have because I was miserably ill. But today was a nice green day! Good job…

7/19 - 60 minutes (Jazzercise) Thanks, Flo! Exercising regularly has become a habit and isn't difficult to maintain. It will drop off here and there with only get 1 or 2 days in, which is how I got behind in the challenge. Need a daily workout pace for the next 4 weeks, so we'll see how that goes. Weather is supposed to be…

Sue - love the cartoon! Amanda - Glad your ankle is better and on the mend. Admittedly, can't say I was diligent about actually watching the game. Multi-tasked through the whole thing. : - ) Exhausted and it's late. Good night all!

7/15 - Not 100% Yes, it's true, I was way overdue for a new mattress. Frankly, it still is not uncomfortable, in my opinion. Took me awhile to decide whether I wanted to go to a sleep number bed or memory foam or stay with traditional coil, and then the whole adjustable base factor. Couldn't get comfortable with spending…

Thanks, Flo & Ginny! I sure hope so... With Fitbit, I used to be 7 to 8 hours of sleep at 95%... I'm now 3 to 4 hours at about 60%... Some of it is hormone related, but had my mattress for 16 years, so thinking it is probably a contributing factor... : - )

Roger - Figure you'd find a way to get back to work! I can see how easy it would to get crooked with the opposite knee of your bad foot. Doesn't take much when anyway you move, you're in pain. And understand how you want to get your foot fixed first before worrying about the knee. Heard of lots of successes with…
