Thanks Roger but don't really need the info. NS is too high in carbs for my body. Will continue with advice from my doctor. It's still a red day for me yesterday. Appreciate it.

Definitely, Roger. I am grateful for not gaining. It can take me 3 to 5 days to gain 5 lbs and then 5 to 7 days to take it back off. Oh, it was user error & happy fingers when typing responses. I'm a fast typer but sometimes get careless. I'm sure I hit some keyboard shortcut combination to lose my web page and everything…

Hi Roger, The spreadsheet isn't difficult, but that may just be from my perspective because I'm an accountant that works with them daily. You should be able to leverage the spreadsheet that I've been maintaining by making a copy in GoogleDocs. That way the formulas and conditional formatting I added will stay. Google…

Thanks, Roger, and that's a good idea. Although it would require me to actually have the older clothes. Not one to hold on to clothes I don't wear. Whether for size, tired of, or just worn out--off to goodwill they go on a regular basis. :)
