    Hi All
On todays walk I started out later than usual so I could go to the dollar store. I picked up 10 Halloween decorations and put them up as I get ready for the holiday. They also had Christmas decorations for sale already.

    Have a Good Thursday

Not 100% 10/14 Today I am picking the rest of my tomatoes that have turned whitish on the vine because we are due for frost and a freeze tonight and tomorrow. They will hopefully ripen in the house.
Just waiting here for the sun to come up. I hate getting up before the sun comes out.

    Hi Ginny
No frost yet, We did get rid of some of the tomato plants that were past it. I was out back picking some ripe Cherrie Tomatoes that were ripe, They are ripening slowly with the cool temperatures. This morning it was 46 to 48 degrees for the Overnight.

    Cheers

Got my order today and the only thing subbed was the chicken primavera. The sub was sweet and sour chicken and I don't remember if I have ever ordered that before. Therefore I don't know if I like it. I am going to eat one of them tonite (got 3). My frozen box is still mostly packed with dry ice on it in the living room. I have such a hard time unpacking because some needs to go outside in the big freezer in the garage and some stays in the house. Haven't even looked at my other box yet. Yep, got them both on the same day and the order went out Monday so that's pretty fast.

I ate the sweet and sour chicken which was ok. I added onions and peppers to it and it was filling and I will eat it again...good thing since I had 3 of them. :)

    Hi Ginny
I used to get both boxes on the same day but very often this year.
I do like the Sweet & Sour Chicken however unlike You I pull the peppers before I stir it and chuck them in the bin. Not a fan of peppers :) I rarely add to the meals FWIW.

I got some subs in my last order and I see that the next one is showing lots of low inventory. I suspect that it tied into the Change in packaging. Two orders ago they subbed SWFiesta Melts for the Meatball Parm. Melt and this last order they subbed them for the Chicken Broccoli Melt. Lately that seems to be their goto sub for lunch melts. Not my Favorite either. I can eat them but I only order one each order for variety.

I Put my entire frozen order in the Big Basement freezer and Bring up a few days worth to the kitchen at one time.

    Cheers

100% 10/15 I ate a nut and dark chocolate bar last night and I thought it was great! I wish I had ordered more than 2 this time. My entire frozen order did not fit into my refrigerator freezer or the one in the garage. I have my dinner for tonite in the refrigerator since it wouldn't fit. I guess I have to much other stuff in my freezer. Didn't go out riding today..I am taking the day off. its only in the low 40's today so I will go tomorrow. My dogs are bringing in little crab apples from my flowering crap apple tree and eating them. I guess they like them. Roger...Sorry you got so many subs.

    Hi
Took my new Inexpensive Digital Camera, $29 + Tax at Walmart, with me walking this morning. I did have to get a SD card for it so I used a 16Gb from a defunct Digital Camera that Got exposed to salt air at the shore. I have posted some images from around town and Some Halloween pictures. Feel free to add Your Own Halloween images.

    Hi Ginny
I did not get a lot of subs yet. I am hopeful that by the 9th they will be straightened out with the changeover to new packaging and they will all be available. I had One sub in each of the last two orders. More than I like but ... That is one reason I keep a few weeks of Shelf Stable food as spares so I delayed the order for two weeks til the 9th of November.

If The Dry Ice was still OK You could have left frozen in the shipping Container too. The Basement freezer is somewhat full too. 2 Corned Beef from the St. Patricks day sale, the Free Turkey from Last year, We ended up with two of those and a Full Pork Loin from a sale a while back too. Then add in the Full months of frozen and suddenly 8+ Cu. Ft. is not that large.

Thanks for the review of the nut and dark chocolate bar, Now if only they were a little lower in calories I would probably order 10 instead of the 5 I will be ordering. All A La Carte too.

    Cheers

    Hi
It was unseasonably cold outside today, 36 Degrees in a nearby town and 36 degrees on the front porch too.
I was not sure how far I would walk today, I had a suspicion I might pick up a coffee and Boomerang back home however I did carry on and finish my walk.

    Hi
Temperature was showing 29 degrees on the closed in front porch when I left the house this morning, nearby town was at 23 degrees, Brrr...
I decided to shorten my walk today, 2.36 miles, when despite three layers of gloves My fingers were hurting from the cold. That would be leather gloves with a thin flannel lining and over those two layers of Brown Jersey gloves.

I picked up a coffee for my brother on the way back home. Currently the 7 Eleven refill is $1.34 which is what I paid on the outbound leg and then I got him a nice new cup and the price on that is currently $1.92 with tax down from a earlier this year $2.13.

    Happy Monday

Biking with the dogs and they are really used to going every single day. They just wait and then get excited as all get out when they think I am getting ready to go.

Just stopping in to say hi. Business training and trip has kept me quite busy. NYC was fun but it was cold and windy. Starting to warm up today. All I can say is this native loves her warm weather. And why can't people in NJ take left hand turns? Crazy! Anyway, I need to be counted for Not 100% everyday I haven't posted as it has been hard. I have tried to stay mindful to what I have eaten but I know it's not my normal. I don't have a scale so I am Hopi g for the best but would expect a gain when I weigh on Monday.

OMG! I know exactly what you mean about NJ! Had to travel for a due diligence several years back and thought the exact same thing about left turns. Never saw so many loopy u-turn lanes... Sounds like your trip was good, but I bet you'll be glad to be home.

    Hi Ginny
If using a Windows computer press the PrtSc (Printscreen) Key and then open Paint, Paste the error into that by presing the Ctrl + V keys, Then crop out all but the error message and post in a new message and I can take a look at it.

There are ways to interpret the error message.

    Good Luck

    Hi
Hey, I resemble that since I live in NJ :)

Left turns depend on the Highway, For example State Route 22 is mostly Jug-handles for turns until You get out to western NJ or down into Union, Whereas State Route 28 is a non divided highway and You can make lefts for the entire length.

    Good Luck with the scale

    Hi Mary
Get off of the main highways and left turns are the norm. Those right hand jug handles are a real estate killer. Having T-Boned someone turning left where it was allowed and hearing them say "I though I could Make it" I feel safer on the main highways where You cross at the light.

    Cheers

Rogertoo, I was in Livingston, NJ, and it felt like I was off the main highways, but then again, I didn't spend much time other than traveling back and forth from the hotel to sit in a conference room and review documentation. Hi
I got out later than usual, weather was nice except when the intermittent breeze was blowing. I did take a different route that worked out to be 2.73 miles. I took the camera with me and when I went to use it, Son of a gun, The memory card was still in the computer, oops :)

I spent part of the morning vacuum sealing some home made Italian sausage my brother made, Foods keep so much better that way. In that respect the Food Saver commercials are true, Cost savings depend on how much waste You Seal up, The Consumable supplies are not that cheap so many things are not a candidate for that.

    Hi Ginny
I have found that does tend to fix some things, less so than when Windows 95 & 98 were in use they needed a daily restart to completely free up used memory. I Hibernate this computer some of the time and Shut done some of the time, usually after 5 - 8 hours of use I do a complete shut down.

Great job RogerToo!!! I am weighing in tomorrow morning but I'll be lucky if my total weight loss is 3 pounds. Its been tough. Too much popcorn. I bought vitamins and they are actually helping with that so it should get better now. Looks cold outside but the sun is shining so I will probably be out there with the dogs.

I'm finally back, and happy to report that I did not do too bad. Since this was my first time not eating my NS food and not staying on plan for two weeks, I was a little nervous. I expected I would gain I guessed it would be about 5 lbs. I am very excited to say it was only 1 lb.

Final weigh in is 200 lbs. for this challenge.

    Hi Ginny
It was actually warm when I did go out walking, I was wearing a Knit Long Sleeve Shirt over a Pocket T shirt and ended up carrying the long sleeve shirt :)

I suggest using the NS popcorns or the small Microwave popcorns. For example, this one:
    http://www.orville.com/healthy-microwave-popcorn-smartpop
Orville Redenbacher's® SmartPop! microwave popcorn has just 100 calories per 6 cups and is 94% fat free. With 0 grams trans fat per serving, you can snack without giving up the delicious, fresh-popped taste and aroma you love. Also available in the Pop Up Bowl™.
It tastes pretty good and at 100 calories for the Single serve bag is lower calorie than the NS popcorns.
The NS White Cheddar is 130 calories per bag and 140 for the NS popcorn bag :)

Just use the Popcorn as Your Dessert / SC.

FWIW post the weigh in here and the Monday 100% in the new challenge post here:

    Hi
    Welcome back
I posted a link to the new challenge above and I for redundancy I will do a separate post next with the link too.
I would say congratulations are in order for a lowly one pound gain over two weeks Off Plan and away from home. It isn't easy.

I think if I were traveling for any length of time I would want to use a mobile home for several reasons including carrying healthy food.

    Cheers
