I have watched a couple of documentaries about people who went on the cleanse for about a month. One guy had a disease that he had cured by a juice cleanse, and his doctor informed him that he was in perfect health. You shouldn't really tell someone it's bad for you if you know nothing about it lol

Of all your calories, these should be the ratios: 10-30% carb 30-40% fat 40-50% protein For women, a low carb diet generally helps them lose more fat more efficiently. If you are trying to lose fat AND gain muscle, you should look into carb cycling.. But it is FAR more complex..

TAKE THEM!!! In my health class, there were basically like no cons to taking them. Just many pros.. Especially if you're not reaching your micronutrient goals.
