Your welcome :) Thanks I was really glad I was able to do it that long. With my other 2 kids, I couldn't breastfeed any longer than about 2 weeks so this time around was really a blessing. And soooo much easier than bottle feeding lol

I was drinking 5-6 sodas a day! Omg yes a day it was bad. I had a whole dr pepper even when I smacked on a kit Kay or some chips. I started my "diet" or should I say quest for eatin healthier almost a month ago. I have been free of sugar for almost 4 weeks now and absolutely loving it. All I drink is water now :)

I just fill up on water! I don't let myself eat anything after dinner, just water. And I'm always fine.

Depends on what your going for. If your trying to eat a certain amount of calories everyday then yes u can eat too much. Doesn't really matter what u eat but if u go over your calorie deficit u won't lose weight. Although it's hard to overeat on fresh veggies but going over daily calories is still going over regardless…

I have a Shakeology for breakfast every morning. Sometimes I add 2 pieces of turkey bacon too. If u only want to eat eggs a few times a week try an omelette with fresh veggies like kale and mushrooms or peppers. You can also try fresh fruit like banana and strawberries with yogurt. Hope that helps.

Most days I have 1 cup watermelon for snack 1 and 8 strawberries for snack 2. Or instead of 8 berries I have 4 berries and 1/2 banana. And sometimes I have 1 cup blueberries for a snack or a green apple with a tbs of almond butter.

I have no idea in regards to being a diabetic because I'm not one but I have to go the bathroom a lot because of all the darn water I drink. Are you drinking a lot of fluids to make u go? If not, maybe talk to your doctor about the whole diabetes concern.

Eating late is not good. Have u tried meal prepping? I find it so much easier! I meal prep every Sunday so during the week I can grab and go when I need to. I bag all my fresh fruit and freeze the meals until I need them, just transferring meals from freezer to fridge. It's so helpful, especially with 3 kids and a husband.…

I eat a lot of Ground turkey & Chicken breast. baked carrots are really good to freeze through the week after meal prepping. I got a lot of ideas from this guys site: http://mybodymykitchen.com His baked carrots are delicious and he has a ton of recipes for meal prepping.
