Make sure your eating the right foods. Processed foods are not the way to go!! Some foods can help you feel full longer. Perhaps your not drinking enough water? I drink lots and lots of water and I get through the day just fine :) helps you feel full longer!

Well for me, eating every 2-3 hours which includes 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), and 2 snacks, I feel awesome! I eat almond butter instead of peanut butter. Same calorie amount I think but more protein but I rarely eat it. Maybe like 1tbs once a week or so when I have a green apple snack and want something with it.

Thanks @Cronniss I looked at them both. I prefer a tracker that I can charge though and they both say u don't charge so I assume they have a battery that you'd have to replace, like a watch. I drink Shakeology every morning for breakfast. The most calories it has is 170 if you drink it with just water/ice ;) I love it! Helps tremendously with staying under my deficit.
