I love this hypertrophy training program! 4 exercises for each muscle and then 8 sets of 8 for each exercise 30sec rest inbetween, I like to throw the odd superset in and exercise to failure in here and there but you really do see results fast! Spot on mate, would much rather have a decent rewarding amount on a cheat day once a week after being good all week rather than small amounts throughout the week that leave you wanting more

The clue that I'm not bulking is in the word 'shred' and I can't afford to take all those supplements for one so there's another thing you're wrong in assuming, stop going on now please

Following one food regime and a different one for workouts, not taking 20 different supplements or anything else that you're assuming, nothing smells fishy you're just assuming, thanks
