  • Great idea changing meals to hours. I get so confused trying to decide where to put things! I work 3 or 4 days a week from 1700 until 0800, on call, so I try to sneak in treadmill time during those hours. I keep similar hours when I'm off.

  • Actually, this is the goal this app automacticly gave me. I did weigh again late today and I have lost 5 pounds now.   • I've recently started as well! I have been on a clean food diet for 2 weeks...no sugar or processed foods. I started walking this week. I'm having problems learning how all this works. I've got about 40 pounds to lose!
