  • Well done on this week's weigh in @lacatgirl I managed to do a couple of long steep walks this weekend so had extra calories to 'eat back'. Today was the end of the first full month and I'm feeling much healthier with more energy, although I have a long way to go!

  • I'm at week 4 now and things are definitely getting easier. @lacatgirl I always have a morning and afternoon snack and that definitely helps. Roughly my calories are divided up as 200 breakfast, 150 morning snack, 200 lunch, 150 afternoon snack, 500 dinner.
  • I'm 4'10 and eating 1200 calories a day with the aim to reach my target by the end of next summer. I have done MFP in the past but just really got going again over the last 3 weeks. I'm also in Canada! Good for you getting in 5000 steps a day, especially working from home!
  • It is hard to begin with and quite the process as you figure out what are triggers and then if you have to completely eliminate or if you have a tolerable quantity and what that is, but yes it is worth it, it can be life changing (depending on how bad your symptoms were to begin with) and it gets much easier once you have…
