Thank you for the memorial to lucylu_me. I didn't know that she had passed on as I was distracted by own personal stuff last year. So many beat cancer these days I guess I expected her to also. She was quite an inspiration when I first started NS and did the Hardcore Hoff Challenge. She is remembered.

Sonya, thanks! thanks for the spreadsheet work too. I am really printing that graphic out now! Cravings seem to be overwhelming during certain times and I may need reminder in my face when I go food gazing.

Not 100% May 27-28 The good part is that I did Not buy the Pizza or the Chinese that I was wanting and considered ordering on the drive to town; I did eat extra on-plan protein bar and had some popcorn and a few crackers. Resisted today also and had an on-plan day to boot!

100% May 24 Ginny, I remember you from a few years ago. Welcome! I looked at Riselor/ Roger/Grimreaper's info quote and copied to word doc and just fill in each post. Remove quotes. I had to try a few times and look at BBCode at bottom of message area.

Not100% May 20, 21, 23 100% May 22 156.4 + .4 which isn’t too bad considering all the off-plan days. All the "nots" are a real bummer none the less because my overall goal is to not use food to cope with stuff. I’m ok in routine but soon as my life is disrupted I still eat junk or too much.

Sandi, beautiful before and during pics! Great job on working your plan and seeing results. Now I'm reminiscing about before pics. It'll have to wait though, time to ready to pray and praise the Giver of unconditional love. Happy Sunday
