All I can say is willpower and a supportive friend that will talk you off the ledge when you want that junk lol. Posting goals on sticky notes as a reminder to stay on track might help. It just stopped me from eating candy with my son. I also use thrive which has cut my cravings in half.

Omg weekends are my downfall. I find if I stay busy and have meals prepared I do better.

It is a must for me to meal prep otherwise I buy junk. I love it bc it keeps me on track. Crockpot chicken is quick and can cook in bulk, I marinate it in light brown sugar bourbon and cook it a few hours. Chicken, fish, and veggies are my go tos. And I always carry a protein shake just in case I get hungrt on the go.
