This week wasn't the most successful with poundage lost (only about a pound-to-pound and a half. But when I measured Saturday morning....I was shocked!! Down 4 inches in one week. Woohoo! Don't understand it, but I'll take it. :smile:

I plan to stay on with NS at least until I use up my gift cards. That'll be a couple more months at least. Then I may do the 5-day deal. I usually cook for my husband on weekends anyway. Due to that, I have a few extra meals... so I can still be a little choose.

Fruits are a healthy carbs, eaten in their natural forms. Personally, fruits help keep me from being hungry, gives me energy and keeps my sugar levels a lot more even. Again, don't overdo, and do count them as calories.

OMG... I just tried the NS chocolate cake for the first time. Anybody make a fat free ice cream? Yum!!!

Don't be too hard on yourself, be patient, and forgive yourself when you screw up (and you will screw up). It ain't the end of the world and one day is not going to ruin your progress. Best of luck to you! We're here for you.

Well, the ear\sinus infection is back with a vengeance and I haven't even finished my meds from the last round! More prednisone for a couple of weeks. I'm gonna be big as a house.
