Have not checked in for awhile and boy are there a lot more new people. Still struggling to get the lbs. to start coming off. I have started walking and also doing some core strengthening exercises. I also kicked my calories up by 100 to see if this would help. I am 58 and it just seems like no matter what I do it does not…

Won't get much exercise in today. Have an appt. this a.m. then work from 1-9 p.m. in a grocery bakery. I am constantly moving so that helps. Really need to make sure I find time each day to get in some kind of regular exercise no matter what it is. Have a great day everyone.

I lost a little over 30 lbs. since starting this journey a couple of years ago. Now it seems like I am struggling to lose but a couple of lbs. and then it goes right back on.
