@susan2396 Thanks. I'm doing the NS Fast 5 this week to get things going. After spending the weekend basically eating whatever I wanted, I don't feel like eating much at all. So this F5 (800-1000 cals) is a Godsend! I feel like crap from all the crap I ate too! lol NOT gonna do that again! That's for sure.

I'm taking the weekend off. Not going too off plan, but I got my results from my thyroid test and it is awesome. Back in May it was 8.4.
