I jumped as high as I could last night!!!!!!!!!

I did it!
I walked around my office building for 10 minutes! That is a HUGE accomplishment for me. I've lost 24 lbs on Nutrisystem since April 27th and have about 94 more to go to goal. My short goal is to lose 20 lbs by Halloween (I joined a challenge) as well as to start walking 10 minutes 3 times a day. I hope I can do it. Add me…
