awesome job, all We had a fun morning flipping tires, doing yoke carry, running w/ sandbags, etc. Nothing like the real Murph!

Some grass fed beef, local organic chicken, every kind of local organic veg I can get my hands on (unless my own garden is going strong), nuts, avacados. We have our own chickens and get eggs. I splurge on fruit and get what looks the best. Apples are portable. Seafood is also a splurge for me. Luckily we are in the pnw so…

We are hosting the bbq this year. We'll burn some burgers and everyone brings something to share. I don't drink much so I don't have to deal with that. I'll probably skip the hamburger bun (use big lettuce leaves!) and indulge but try to keep the portions smart. And, since it's a long weekend, I'll have time for garden…

I would eat the chocolate from europe and totally enjoy it. One after dinner really satisfies. Our family does enjoy a nice box of chocolates on occasion. One each a night and it can go a long way!

I don't bother w/ most paleo treats just because they require special ingredients and it's too much bother. My family doesn't really go for it so it's just me. I could freeze some of the extra but I think even I might start to get tired of it. And, frankly, I just don't see things that really look like full on treats for…

That one would scare the carp out of me. Actually, I never look at the workout ahead of time because they all kind of scare me

You can do the Whole Life Challenge on your own. Our box does it as a team but you can join a team for on line support https://game.wholelifechallenge.com/

No CF for me this morning. I got up with the sun and went for a 3 mile jog around the lake. Then a good stretch (backsquats yesterday so I needed it). Coffee and eggs for breakfast. It was very civilized.

I am an old fashioned duffle bag girl. Mine is 25+ years old. It has an old fishing fly stuck in the side. That bag has been some fun places on our travels. I wish I knew how many times it's been to a box or gym. I use a spike bag for my shoes. Another for my dirty/smelly stuff after. They wash very easily since they are…

I had one three or four years ago and loved it. It really motivated me to walk more, walk hills/stairs more. I didn't really get anything out of sleep thing (it is just keeping track of how much you move around in your sleep, it cannot tell is you're in REM). their customer service is the best of anything I've ever seen I…

I love crossfit because of the variety. Every time is different. THat being said, we do repeat some basics over time (pull ups, cleans, deadlifts, etc etc) and I love seeing my progress on these. I go three times a week and then do something active on the other days (ride my bike, walk, garden)

All good, plus when my kids were little I would run or walk while they were at ballet or soccer or whatever. I used to run laps around the soccer field so I was close. Sometimes the coach needed an extra hand and I had offered to help and would chase balls or field kicks, etc. THe other parents were just standing around…

Our box is small so there was no boot camp for new folks. You just showed up at the regular class. But, there are not more than 6 people at a class and often less. You get a lot of attention but when someone new is there, they are probably going to get more This morning we did Bulgarian deadlift which I don't think we had…

I know I should eat a bit more on days that I've had a good workout. I count it as 200.
-
Today was clean and jerk (I did 42.5 kg, a PR) then, lucky 7's 7 min AMRAP 7 box jump 7 burpees 7 kb swings that's one of my favorites so I'm all charged up. 7 burpees seems like about the right amount to me.

DOR for me today. I usually get myself out for a walk but it is supposed to rain all day. I might go for an easy run (I feel pretty good) just to minimize the amount of time I'm outside. Husband and I have started the 30 day plank challenge that I got off this site. That's my extra credit!

If I am really hungry, I'll have a piece of fruit. If i'm not hungry for fruit, then I'm not really hungry.
-
I would just start eating well and drink a bunch of water. You will feel better very quickly

this week I'm trying to eat more veggies so I made a frittata. I should get 4 breakfasts out of it in a 10" no stick skillet: 1/2 sweet onion diced sauted in 1t butter add and cook till soft 1 yellow summer squash diced then, fill the skillet w/ spinach and wilt it. add 8 eggs beaten and immediately take it off the heat…
