People who stand too close to me in any type of queue....I don't want your breath on me, ugh!! Personal space, people!!

I agree with lentils, I just made a lentil ragu and it was delicious- you wouldn't know it was meat free! I also used it to make individual lasagnas for the freezer. Loads of Indian dishes are cheap, nutritious and delicious- microwave dahl is one of my faves!

Bite the bullet and get back to it!! Don't put too much pressure on yourself but dig deep you can do it! Perhaps start by a few long walks outside to get some sun/ vitamin D? Good luck!

Try scrambled eggs on big pile of wilted spinach for less calories and more nutrition, I agree with the nuts that many would be more like 600-800 cals!! Around 25 almonds is about 200 cals just to give you an idea, even 1 tsp peanut butter is 80 cals! More nutritious foods will really help, Id also lose the cheat days they…

Gluten free pancakes, 'cloud bread' looks good, those little muffins you can make based around omelettes, stir fry brown rice (nasi goreng-indonesian breakfast) baked fruit with oatmeal topping (like crumble)

It depends on the veg and cooking method, for example sweetcorn is relatively high in calories but a large bag of undressed salad has hardly any. Just pay attention to what contains what for a couple of weeks to see what could really be considered 'free' :)

Cauli-rice is amazing and you can do it with broccolli too. I blitz it in food processor add seasonings of choice and drizzle of olive oil, bake in hot oven 10-15 minutes shaking and turning once or twice, unbelievably delicious!

Lifting heavier has completely changed my body shape. I started with just push ups and squats and as I got stronger gradually added more weight. I have a bum, toned arms and shoulders and smaller waist as well as increased confidence which was lacking when just on cardio! Good luck!
