I eat between 600-800 cals daily. It is tempting to go over some days, but I've learned to limit some foods to one option a day (ie: yogurt, fruit, saltines). My diary is open if it helps at all!

I second that problem. I'm down 130lbs so far, and my thighs are a wreck! It does cause some problems when I'm trying to walk faster. I've already started the foundational garmet thing to help with my thighs and smooth out some lumps and bumps. My arms are a hot mess, but I'm usually ok with that. However, sometimes the…

Hi!! Nice loss! You are gonna enjoy this group...great people!

Marta....you are hilarious! I agree with the trauma of menopause...I've seen some people have extremely difficult times! I see how bat crap crazy I get now with my hormonal meteor shower. I'm gonna be a nut job when I hit menopause!!! Joysie...I almost peed when you said, "BAM, boobie-ache!" That is soooo funny! Mine get…

We've all been following your progress and your struggles. I see how much this whole group cares and supports. Tawny said it well when she said that you are worth the effort. Please find a support group to talk with. Your positive attitude through the difficulties in the beginning was a real inspiration to me (plus the…

Yay!!! I'm so happy for you!

I had my surgery 11/16/15. I'm kinda close to where you are. I lost about 85lbs before surgery, and my surgeon told me early on that I wouldn't have the same super fast weight loss that people do if they haven't already lost a ton of weight pre-op. That makes sense to me. I love the arrangement of my new body, and it is…

I agree. Someone I know almost died after their surgery in Mexico. He spent a month in the hospital up here, and was told that not only did he have the massive infection, but the surgery wasn't even done correctly. He hasn't lost any weight a year later.

Ladies, thank you for being so open and for your advice! Tara, I'm glad that this helped you too. Martabeerich, I totally want to do that too! What an AWESOME IDEA!!

Thank you for all of the info. Praying for temporary but preparing for crime scenes! At least the cravings subsided for a while!
-
Yay! I'm so happy for you! Good luck. You've done soooo well so far. I hope that you are as happy with your surgery as I am with mine!!!

Thank you! It really helps to know that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I just keep laughing and pushing forward. The exercise part makes sense because it has been helping me. I'll focus on hitting the treadmill a bit more and upping my yoga. I appreciate you letting me know that I'm not alone!!!

I log religiously! Everything I've eaten in the last 7 months is in my journal. I log the day before and pack a bag with all of my food and water for the next day. This keeps me on track and allows me not to focus on food all of the time. For me it is rewarding when I remove food from my journal because my eyes were bigger…

Thank you all!! I appreciate that you all see through my crazy moments, and understand that what I need is to know that it is ok and that I'm not alone in my thoughts. I couldn't imagine going through this awesome and crazy process without this group! I'm getting my head around the ranges for my macros and slowly realizing…

I love her!!!! My husband and I are frequently called "mike and Molly". Hahaha!!! He used to be a cop too. People kept telling us that we needed to watch the show, so we did some binge watching and realized that we lead parallel lives. Sooo funny!

I'm 2 months and 2 days out. I eat just under 1/2c of food each meal. Two days ago I added literally 2 thin peeled cucumber slices with a little tzatziki sauce (yogurt and dill). That's ALL I'm doing as far as veggies. My only starches are a few saltines with my chicken salad. Mmm crunchy! lol. Cheese is my easy go to…

I use the packets of chicken (like tuna pkts) and mix with light mayo and bolthouse honey mustard...super yummy and super easy on my tummy! Hahaha. The rhyming is still funny. Ok, that one was unintentional...but still makes me laugh!

I work at a large scale bakery, and I have an expert baker as a friend there. He made me garlic and rosemary cloud bread! I came home and made up my first piece of pizza in 6 months!! No flour, 125 calories for the whole thing, and high in protein!! I sliced up a baby bell light for the cheese. Mmmm

Keep moving forward day by day. During my preop phase, I would get into month long stalls and it took changing my exercise and really changing up my calories, carbs, etc in order to turn it back around. You'll get there!! Our bodies just get thrown for a loop!

I bet that putting your new bad habits in writing on here was difficult. You know the things causing you stall...but I totally understand that it is still HARD! I'll help encourage you! Send me a friend request if you'd like!
