How do I calculate what my daily micronutrients intake should be for carbs, proteins and fats?

Spent the weekend in Vegas and had late snack two nights in a row. But usually I would have picked junk to eat for a late snack and I chose a cheese stick both nights. Now headed home and going to get back on track, no late night snacks!

Challenge Level 3 - lose 15 lbs (I really need 17 for final goal) Started February 1st at 173 lbs Goal Weight 155 And would like to start making friends with others who are also working hard if anyone can explain how we do that I would be most grateful. 😀

My February goals: Walk a minimum of 10,000 every day this month 1300 calorie daily goal for month Stretch 10 min each morning No eating after dinner Lose 2 lbs per week Low carbs High nutrient food I started 2/1 and so far I am on target just 25 more days to go 😀
