1/2 cup almond milk, Tablespoon of chia seed, 2 teaspoon cocoa powder and a splash of vanilla. Put in little jar and shake. Put in fridge. Drink on the way to work.

Thank you for your encouragement. I am finding I can do things at the gym I never thought I would. It's a slow process. I find myself asking myself daily, how did I loose control. Stay strong. I had one knee replacement at age 50 and second at 54. I don't regret it one bit.

I have not been very healthy in the aspect of exercise for years. I walked but not faithfully. I have adopted the thought that it is never too late.
