Thanks, it seems like most days I don't even use all my calories. But I have noticed I don't eat as much every time I eat a meal. I eat till I get satisfied. I have also given up the soda. I'm still so new to this and learning. So I love the advise, thanks.

I didn't go into detail about my job, I work in retail in the backroom, where I'm up and down ladders and lifting up to about 60 LB items and pulling and pushing pallets of liquid and it heavy furniture.

I'm a mother of boy/Girl Twins that will be 7 years old on Friday. I know I have a hard time fitting in workouts mainly. My hubby works nights and I work the 7am - 4pm shift. So I have s hard time too find time to go to the gym because I have no one to keep an eye on them for me.
