Who thinks that if you eat your calories in a smaller window vs eating them evenly spread out the whole day makes a difference or not? Hmm Which one are you after, Adding muscle or losing fat? I beleive You can build muscle while maintaing a low body fat if thats what your wanting to do but the process takes longer. If you burn 400 and eat 400 your back at square one. That's with your BMR as it was.
