I was this weight in April, but I only stayed there for a couple days before I went back up 10 pounds. I have been struggling to lose these 10 pounds since June!

I'm in! I don't need to lose 20, but the nearer you are to your goal/healthy weight, the harder it is to lose. I could use the support and motivation!

I'm in! I eat dinner late, and go to bed late, so I'm not going to eat after 9pm (except if I'm still finishing my post-dinner air-popped popcorn).

I would add some electrolytes to your water; that's a lot to drink during a workout.

I recently pulled a dress out of my closet that I fit into a few years ago, and it is my new motivation. I plan on trying it on every week until it fits--then I'll wear it out, and show off all my hard work!

So it's Thursday, but I haven't seen anyone do a Wednesday check-in. I didn't exercise on Tuesday, as I had extremely bad cramps. Yesterday I worked out for half an hour at home, and did about 20 minutes of stretching. I'm about to exercise and stretch now. Tomorrow I'm determined to walk, the only thing that will stop me…

I second that, great post. This used to be a HUGE problem for me, and I'm still working on it. Besides therapy, the hot tea idea really helps. Get different flavors to choose from, depending on your mood/what you're craving--something spicy like ginger, sweet like vanilla, fruity, etc... Another thing that helps me stay…

I'm in! My goals this week are: no "junk" food (eat clean), walk every day, and stretch 30 minutes a day. I don't know yet how far or how long I'll be walking, because I have a bunion that tends to hurt, but I'm working on correcting that with spacers, etc. If I can't walk on a particular day, I'll do body weight exercises…
