I'm 52,Keto, and burn 500-1100 exercise calories per day. Zumba, Kettlebells, yoga. It adds up quickly doesn't it!?! I'm typically not hungry being Keto but on days I burn more calories I do make sure I eat extra. Maybe consider keeping your balance after exercise is over 1,000 and see how you respond?
