I stopped allowing myself to eating whatever I want on the weekend. I try to make it to the gym one day on the weekend to keep me on track.

I’ve been sick so today will be the first day to the gym this week. Even though I’ve been sick I’ve still been watching what I eat and didn’t allow myself to binge eat while on the couch. So I’ll act as if it’s my Monday routine and do cardio and back/biceps.
