  • These are great... Mine is bacause I bet my hubby that I could lose 2 stone /28lbs before we go on holiday... he was like no way! I not sure if it's doable in 10 weeks but I am gonna give it my all. My main reason is just to not be so exhausted all the time carrying around an extra 80lbs is not ideal ready to be free.

  • I dont know why i am not restricting too much i am eating 1600-1800 cals a day(before 6pm) No matter what i am doing i will just get the urge to eat usually starts with toast then chocolate, biscuits and somedays crisps.

  • Going to view the three queens (cunard ships) today so a stroll along the river and maybe a trip to a park with the kids.
  • I did monday to friday but kids (4boys) are home so I wont be doing exercise over the weekend as im pretty busy with them playing going out ect. So I will do 5 days level 1 then two rest days tthen lanother 5 days level one then rest then level 2 hope I will get the same results food luck everyone
