I have lost 40 since February. Don't really deny myself anything, just work it into my day. Eating more fruits and veggies and learning to substitute high calorie items (Greek yogurt instead of mayo). Walking in treadmill for excercise. Good luck, it's hard, but so worth it

We sound like twins! 48 years old, started at 204 down to 173 and stalled. I've been doing this since Feb. 2015 and my mom still hasn't noticed! I've gone down in pants from a 14 to 12 and smaller tops. Good luck, it's so hard but worth it when someone finally notices

As of today I have lost 20. My husband and one co worker has noticed. No one else in my immediate family has noticed and it's very frustrating. But my husband reminds me I'm doing this for me not them.
