Same boat! Lost 70, gained 26 back. Really upset with myself. Started new job, stuck at desk all day, stressed out. Getting back on track for 2019.

I always bring a banana plus 100 calorie packs of nuts, chex mix and chips ahoy. Granola bars too.

I have lost almost 65 lbs in one year by walking on a treadmill and outside. It works along with counting your calories.

I've lost 60. My motivation was how much I hated seeing photos of myself and my boys are getting to the age where weddings and grand babies could be in my future. Wanted to be healthy for those reasons. Good luck, it's hard but so worth it!

I posted my weight loss before and after pics on my birthday in September. I did it mainly to keep myself honest and on track. I got a lot of very nice comments and no rude ones.

I will be 49 next week. Started in Feb. 2015 and have lost 46 so far, goal is 9 more. Something just clicked for me. Bought and used a treadmill and logged all my food. Also use a pedometer.
