Mine is more of a mantra:

Your mind will give our before your body does. If you think you can't ( run a mile, lift the heavy weight etc), then you won't. If you know you can, you will.

And the second part for me is a saying I made up to repeat to myself during workouts:

You are FIERCE and can have whatever success you are willing to work for.

Repeat this to myself during tough workouts.

It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard everyone would do it.

This has gotten me through many difficult runs :)

"He who dances with invisible women does not know what he is up against."

I have used this saying for over 45 years and have applied it to many different scenerios in my life. For MFP it means to me that if you don't know what or how much your putting in your mouth you don't know what the consequences will be ,be it your weight or health problems.

For workouts : "I never regret when I do it, but I always regret it when I don't"

General: " stay positive, work hard, and make it happen"

Also: "don't eat less, eat better"

Only you can control what you weigh, eat, and how you feed your body. And that is amazing because all
the power to change lies with you and only you. Nobody can take that power from you. You decide. You are controlling this choice.
