Calories in-calories out. You can determine how fast u lose them. 3500 calorie deficit equals one pound so increase exercise decrease intake and u can do it within a month

I bake chicken breast for the week and weigh 2oz In baggies to snack on. (I don't sit down for big meals). You could do that and then add hot sauce to them and get ur protein at the same time!
