Clearly what you're doing is working...which is a PERFECT excuse to kindly reject their offer. No one can argue with "Thanks, but what I'm doing is really working for me, and I don't want to mess with it! I'll give you a call if I find myself in a rut!" That way, they'll feel appreciated and even wanted, but they'll GET it.

I do this a lot. Curries are great for this--they are often easy to make and, poured over rice in a tupperware container, are easy to reheat and SUPER satisfying. Very insightful! Thanks for the wisdom, and congratulations on the healthier, happier you! I know I'm on a pattern but have focused on making the "restrict, lose" portion of my cycle permanent, rather than eradicating the pattern in the first place. How silly! Thank you for your help.
