Feeling your pain :( Having similar problems with my hips and lower back since I added strength training to my routine. Using the foam roller and a soft baseball helps more than anything else I have tried. I think the underlying issue is probably a muscle imbalance so I have been experimenting with changing up my strength…

Just saw your response- I'm 5'2" and have a small frame. My goal weight was 110 which I overshot slightly- but I'm happy where I am at now.

I am reminded how "bad breath" and "halitosis" were concepts invented by Listerine ads early in the 20th century. The other thing I thought when I saw your post was that if you are still soft and squishy in places you may want to continue…

It usually works great but sometimes during intense cardio the heart rate monitor will just stop working or give a ridiculously low number. I have been able to fix this by wiping sweat off and repositioning the band. The plus to the Fitbit is…

Been using the Fitbit HR a couple months now and I find that it overestimates calories burned with walking (steps) and underestimates with my gym workouts. Overall, it seems to slightly overestimate my calories based on my dieting experience. Probably best to look at the numbers as ballpark figures- I use mine to set my…

Unfortunately- I think you will just have to experiment. The "active" vs "very active" calorie recommendations are for ballpark estimation. The only way to know is to track your weight loss and find numbers that work for you.
