Joanne, Try not to worry too much about Vinnie. I had to give my cat insulin 2x a day for about 9 years. He lived to 19. The insulin wasn't that difficult to give him. I just gave him his food and while he was eating pulled up the loose skin at the back of the neck and did his injection. I never had any real difficulty…

I buy frozen onions and peppers and add to a lot of stuff. Measure out into 1/2 cup packages and keep in the freezer. I add laughing cow garlic and herb to loaded baked potato and add hormel real bacon bits (25 cals per tablespoon)

I'm not really a morning eater either. I do like the breakfast bars for those mornings when I just don't feel like eating. My favorite is the blueberry lemon bar and also like the cinnamon raisin bar. Good luck and hang in there.

I just ordered a treadmill so I can get in the walking that way. Since I work nights it's hard to fit in a real outdoor walk so thought this will get me off my butt.
