My highest weight was 188. When I started using MFP in March, I was 180 - am now 162(ish). GW is 125 but I might increase that depending on my muscle tone :) 1200 kcal/day, weight training 3x week!

Hi! I'm new too!! I downloaded the Pacer, Sleep Better & Butt Trainer apps and joined the gym and so far I'm having a lot of fun! The eating part is the hardest for me :(
