When I was sick I was under 100lbs, then maintained between 110-115 which is what I'm trying to get back to. Drug use actually didnt make me lose or gain, but rehab brought me up to 130 which has triggered a lot of anxiety.

100cal mini popcorn bags are the best, quite filling and you have some wiggle room to throw a little parmesan cheese on it! also, a piece of fruit with a glass of milk or a cheese stick is yummy, healthy and satisfying.
