  • I am not an expert but you are on the right track. Counting your calories and exercise is important so go for walks whenever possible and going to a gym helps too. :)
  • I have had problems with those last 10 lbs, seems like forever. I have lost it then obstacles (stress) in life happen and I gain them back. So here I am I have decided that I can do this :-|. I am only 4'11" so 10 lbs is a lot of extra weight I don't need.
