This morning I went to Dunkin Donuts and instead of a white bagel(which I usually get) I got a whole wheat bagel instead!

So many thinks have more sodium than I would have expected. From now on I am going to look at ALL labels and make sure it has a decent amount

I figured out that the drinks at school have an excessive amount of sugar in them and it amazes me!

Today I ate a healthy lunch. I had two fruits, 1 cup of strawberries and 1 cup of raspberries. After I ate this I decided to eat 1/4 cup of cashews. Also I had one small bag of tortilla chips.
