  • I am really sick and I don't know if a selfie would be the best thing right now... But today I had lots of fruit and fluids to keep me healthy and hydrated without too much sugar. Fruit is awesome!

  • Today with my burger, I tried Ezekiel Bread! Its completely sugar free and I was unsure at first because it looks kind of gross, but it was actually really good! Anyway, It's at the refrigerated part of Big Y and that was my discovery today!

  • Oatmeal sounds so good in the morning! My mom buys natural applesauce by the case from Price Rite, and it's super cheap as well and I add it to my oatmeal some mornings!
