  • This is a healthy snack! That is because it is all natural sugar! It is not a process fruit and is naturally grown! I love oranges and I eat them everyday! They are so sweet and juicy!
  • I am really glad that my corn nuts have no sugar but it does have quite a bit of sodium! It has 250mg of sodium in each serving. Luckily one package is only one serving and has a good about of corn nuts in the serving!
