Great weigh-in!

Way to go!

I hear what you're saying, Shelli. This is my story but it's not going up and that's fantastic.

Great stepping

Great loss, Bob!

@Freeglerock Lisa, What a hard year it's been since the loss of your brother. In some ways, it's gone so fast and in others so slow. It's so much harder when you can't be with family. We've lost a few relatives this year but no-one as close as a sibling for me. Big hugs to you.

You can do it, Tracy. Just living a busy life burns some calories too.

Kandi, Not that I live in the U.S. but a long time ago, I gave up TV news for public radio and newspapers...now newspaper websites. It's so much less stressful. I couldn't sleep at night after watching it on TV. We're in a state of emergency here for Covid, so we can't go out except for essentials once a week. We can walk…

Great loss!

Wow. This is the best news, Patsy! I'm so happy for you. All this and cookies

@debbiewsharpe I've been wondering how it is personally and at home for you south of the border. We have enough to deal with with Covid all over the world and then you have the stress of this political situation. It will calm down. One of my friends thinks that it's a situation that just gets worse and worse. But things…

@lennoncpa Sheryl, For me, it's not nuts but it's cherries. Any kind, dark fresh ones off the tree, dried, the lovely ones inside chocolates. I can tell you that I brought a box of chocolate-covered cherries to my son's house at Christmas and had not a single one. I think the way that Cherry Republic described that nut and…

Melanie, I hear what you're saying. I've been so tired at 4:00/4:30 every day this week too. Chained to my desk with all hard and no rote work. I signed up for an online 25-day program with my Pilates Studio and since they can see me on the other side of Zoom, I'll probably make it to my scheduled classes this week coming…

Week 1 Previous weight: 150.0 Current weight: 150.0 Loss to date: 27.4 I was up to 152 the other day so am happy with the maintain. I wasn’t feeling well for a few days and think the Tylenol caused my digestion to slow right down. Onward.

Nice loss, Sheryl!

Great loss, Ella!

@minstrelofsarcasm May I weigh in tomorrow, please? I like to weigh in the morning and the morning just got away from me.
-
@GingerPwr ~ I've learned so much from you and trust you are making the right decision for yourself in this moment. So glad to count you as a friend on MFP. Sending love and support your way.

I really like this approach. I saw it last year and it resonated. Setting goals based on you and your past successes. For me, this can be looking at my food diary from those times that I was eating well and losing nicely. Also at my workout calendar for when I was toning up well and having fun while doing it. I have this…

Congratulations on the 5k run, Lisa. A very decent time too.

Great weigh-in, Linda!

Happy New Year, April. Great January goals. @pacsnc6 is doing yoga classes and I'm thinking of it now too. You've got this!
-
You're too much, BJ! And we love you for it. Happy New Year! p.s. I answered you in 2021.
-
That sounds like such a fun New Year's Eve!

Every morning my dog does a downward dog. If I was awake enough, I'd take a picture of it for you. Ahhh, LOL.
-
@melaniedscott I made the black-eyed peas with ham hocks and collard greens. I used a NY Times recipe. Thanks for the new New Years' tradition! Feels pretty good for a Canadian. This isn't a thing I'd heard of but when I went to the vegetable market, the collard greens were at the front of the display, and ham hocks were…

Weigh Day Week 5 Previous weight: 148.5 Today's weight: 150.0 Loss to date: 27.4 Not a bad weigh-in. I really took the holidays off. It was a much-needed rest. I'm definitely bloated but happy overall. Looking forward to a healthy January!

p.s. I meant, 'now you have time to get rid of that water.' The version above could be construed as a bit bossy.

Welcome to all the new team members! Hello everyone! I’m Theresa and I live in downtown Toronto, Canada. It’s my one-year anniversary on Team Weight No More! I’m about to retire as co-captain, having worked with the smartest, most generous, and scientific-minded @minstrelofsarcasm I'm staying on the team though. About me I…

I'm sure yoga will help with balance, Patsy. I have Meniere's Disease and balance is a major issue. You'll do great! Let me know how it goes. I've got my grandson hooked on yoga. He's one and a half. I got him a little yellow yoga mat and some flashcards with little children striking yoga poses. He was thrilled with it. He…
