Yes! I'm thinking of starting it this upcoming week, so on Sunday. That won't mean you have to do it on Sunday. Stay tuned for more details. Here's a sneak peek of something I saw on a recent walk.

I won't tell her but either way, it's a great picture of your mom. I'm behind Reiko slimming down. Though I had a 22 lb cat who lived to the age of 22 years.

Sheryl, The cauliflower pizza brand was CauliPower and I chose Marguerita and added some extra basil leaves and thin slices of tomato. I heated it on my pizza pan, which is the type with ventilation holes. Next time I'll use a baking sheet with parchment paper. The crust was just like pizza crust.

Sometimes you just have to go with the flow. Oh! I'm going to take credit for that pun. Feel better.

I do that too. Not often. These days I try to be chaotic with healthy things, so I'll grab Skinny Pop and cauliflower pizza. I figure if I go overboard, it's controlled chaos.

That looks awesome, Bob @KUMEcyclingteam . Am I going to be the first to congratulate you on your 'typo' joke? You're too funny for MFP. I was duly appalled!

It's been so nice out! It's helping me talk myself into keeping up with outdoor activities no matter what the weather. I used to run all year long and a few years ago, I'd challenge myself to ride my bike at least once every month of the year. It's a good reminder that we have nice days in every month. Not as nice as this,…

He sounds like such a good doctor. I'm glad you have a plan. It's very reassuring. Plus you're a nurse, so that takes so much mystery out of things. I take ginger and turmeric capsules. I know that knees are a much, much bigger challenge. I think the ginger works the best to control inflammation for the arthritis in my…

Pro tip!

She is lovely. Happy birthday to her!

Akela, I would record them in my snacks section as 'bites, licks and tastes,' and guess at the calories, e.g 100 or 150 cal

Hi Pam, Thanks so much for offering to help with the 5k walk challenge. I'm so glad Melanie suggested it. It should be a lot of fun sharing our pictures and stories with each other. I'll PM you so coordinate. I've drifted up in weight too with the change of season, the ulcerative colitis flare, and not enough exercise.…

@melaniedscott A TWNM 5k, sharing pics and highlight stories, sounds like fun. Can you PM me the official instructions, if there were any, from your conference, please. For my sake, let's wait until Ashley returns from her Lake Erie getaway.

Great way to have a fun and stress-free week, Lisa. It sounds the gain was mainly from the large sundae combined with some sodium and the TOM. Well worth it to remove the stress of counting and stick with, for the most part, healthy habits. I would have been a bit worried looking at the scale but having a plan really…

Is Sunny dressed as a Canadian? So cute.

The next show I plan to watch is Mrs. Wilson. It's on BBC in the UK, PBS and Amazon Prime if you have the Masterpiece subscription. You can take it free for a month. It's a mini-series, three episodes based on a true spy story. The figs were for a recipe, but I've eaten some straight out of the bag. Here's the recipe I'm…

Thanks for sharing this, Sheryl. You don't seem like you're all over the place. Your posts are reassuring, inspiring, insightful ~ all of it. Many of us are having similar blips and adjustments to the season (depending on your locale), to Covid (almost everywhere), to the election (even in Canada and regardless of who…

Your bias has nothing to do with it. They are adorable.

I love it when you pop in to say hello, Sheryl. I got a new fridge last year and it's pretty but flush with the cupboards, which means it's not very deep. My daughter calls it a condo fridge. Very quickly I realized that not much fits in it. I guess that's better. I can just see your fridge since you said you have one…

Awesome weigh-in, Shelli!

Sorry for the late response. Sleepymom's starting weight is what's in the spreadsheet, 201.4.

The picture does look cold, but the reflection in the water is beautiful. It is actually cold here too. It snowed last night and looked beautiful blowing around in the night sky. When I woke up this morning all the empty branches on the tree outside my bedroom window were covered in snow. It looked like December.

I love this, Melissa. It must feel fantastic. Yay!
-
Oh, Tracy. I'm so sorry to hear this. Waiting outside at the vet is very sad. I hope she's okay and that you are too. I'm crying a bit now too. Big hug.
-
Oh wow! I love your son's death doctor costume. I'm so glad he had a good Hallowe'en. I have a tear in my eye just thinking about it. Your older son is so much taller than his brother! I remember when my son grew taller, I used to go up a few stairs to hug him because he was still young and I knew he missed that kind of…

Hi Don, I grew up in Niagara Falls and Lisa @Cafelelia is from Niagara on the Lake. We both live in Toronto now. Welcome!
-
I did, Kirsten! You're all set for your Saturday weigh-ins.

Ohhh, they really are. We nursed little Bella for six days. There were two of us and it broke my neighbour. She was sleepless and in tears. Good news ~ the two who survived are thriving and now have names. Missy and Elsa. I hope you can see your grandpup soon, Sheryl.

@lennoncpa Fafi was so lucky to have you and looks like royalty here. Will you get a new foster dog soon?

We're Moving! We're still here until midnight. That's a bit spookier since it's Hallowe'en, but we'll have a bright blue moon to guide us. See you all on the new team chat tomorrow: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10814374/weight-no-more-november-2020-team-chat#latest
