I am not happy with my current weight (148lbs) but I am the only one to blame. I should eat better and I always procrastinate to next month. I loose motivation easily because I 've tried in the past and wasn't satisfied and so I gain instead. I will be happy to loose body fat instead of focusing on the weight this time

Get motivated. Start doing some easy exercise to get in the mood. Cut out some bad foods like reduce the oily foods. Not because they are bad, but they are not a good fuel. Instead try and get to eat fruits and vegetables. If you want to eat a chocolate, eat it but not that much. Don't loose hope, you can get there. DOn't…
