I downloaded the libre app. A bit confusing but what does the trend stuff mean? Also should I keep eating As I am or should o lower the cal intake? It's at 1500 right now.

I gained those 2lbs back though so it's technically 4lbs in 3 weeks. I was losing the weight better when I was eating less food. The only reason I upped them is because every one is saying I'm under eating. How do I get rid of my water weight then? I know one thing I'm terrible with us drinking..

1st time: lost 24lbs roughly and one day I woke up with horrible pain and throwing up. The pain was so severe I ended up going to hospital. Turned out to be kidney stones! My fault for not drinking. I took a pic last week so I can compare in a month. I did this before and noticed difference. I'm not worried about the scales now because I'm alot more confident thanks to everyone here. @ESJ4444 yeah thankfully I manage to get decent sleep :) I know I will lose weight it's just it's been delayed for longer than I had thought so I'm abit paranoid thinking I'm doing something wrong and if I am I want to correct it :)

I gave exactly the same information to MFP and the other one also. I selected the not active bits . It's just a big difference with both of them and unsure which I should stick to. Yep it's so addictive. I told myself once a month. Ended up doing it everyday. Ok so i looked up a calculator thing and apparently to lose weight I can have 1600 cals to eat!?? Why did MFP tell me 1200. It sounds like I'm under eating. So I have now changed my cal intake to 1500.

When you use the app do you need to to have internet access? I always only use wifi in my house. Also I have a Samsung galaxy 6 is that compatible :) @happytree923 Thank you @brightresolve it's not too bad then by the sounds of it. :)

Thanks I've been living in Somerset for about 8 years now. I moved from n.ireland to here to be with my other half who's from Somerset. We're in between Taunton and Yeovil pretty much lol. @cucumbear thanks I've tried it abit and it's hard work but that's a good thing I suppose lol :)

Yes of course! But with that unfortunately bad foods are higher in calories so you won't be able to each as much of those foods and then you'll end up hungry unless you do ALOT of exercise you can give your self some more cals to play with. I have done this a few times if I had a McDonald's I literally could only eat…

I don't exercise at all at the minute because I have social anxiety so I'm gonna try the trampoline too see how that goes. Just little bits at a time so I don't pass out as that has happened before when I did 5 minutes of exercise too fast and stopped suddenly ended up fainting lol
