I couldn't agree more carob chip. I was steadily gaining weight before joining and didn't know why. Haven't gained weight since joining.

I am sooooo jealous. Nothing like home grown veggies!

Hard boiled eggs sound pretty good right now. I like a little paprika on mine.

Thanks for the info I will have to swing by a GNC soon.

Elli Quark? Interesting. Is that sold in the United States?

Ooh and I love me some Greek yogurt. It seems impossible that is can be so low calorie and delicious.

Yellow peppers are tasty. Red are my fave. Also a big fan of cucumbers, raspberries, and dark chocolate. Kashi makes some good stuff, I love their cereal. Never tried a Quest bar or even heard of that. Do they sell them at normal grocery stores?

Also Greek yogurt. Yum yum.

Vegetarian here! I posted a blog about this some time ago and started having more lentils in my diet. Great source of protein. I have lentil chips and soups. Delicious.

Love watermelon and string cheese. Haven't tried skinny popcorn yet, but I have been thinking about it. They have a lime flavored one I'm interested in.

Ranch rice cakes sound interesting. I will have to try those. I love almonds and Greek yogurt! I like to use Special K granola in my Greek yogurt. Love Babybel cheese, especially gouda. I have mozzarella right now. And I have always been a fan of hummus. Right now I'm using baked lentil chips for dipping. Never tried…

Yay I love apples! Had one today. Trail mix is pretty good too, but not a fan of raisins. I like tropical trail mix best. Never thought about chocolate chips on a banana, but it does sound tasty. And smoothies are delish, I love Naked Banana Coconut Protein smoothies. You guys are making me work up an appetite.

I have a bad back and it actually helps my posture to wear a waist trainer which helps with my back pain.

Candy of all sorts. Sour gummies, candy bars, jelly beans, candy corn, you name it. My sugar consumption used to be out of control.

I think calorie goals are more important if your goal is weightloss, but not if is to be overall nutritious.

I'm on the go a lot too. I eat a lot of salads. I'm not sure if you live near a Panera Bread Company but they have some delicious vegetarian options for a drive thru place. I love lentil quinoa bowls. I also enjoy vegetable tacos from Qdoba and Chipotle.

Looking good people. ;)
So true.

In general, if a milking animal is not milked for an extended period of time (more than 1 or 2 days for a cow giving a normal volume of milk – dairy cows are typically milked two or three times per day), they are likely to become ill and may develop mastitis, which is an inflammation and infection in the udder.

Thanks breathebelievejen that was a ton of good info! Really appreciate your comment.

I had to go to the mfp website to do it. There is a camera drop down button just like the smileys that allows you to post pics.

Yes I agree. I need to incorporate more protein for sure.

Man, I know what you mean about the cheese pizzas and salads. And I did not know that about Greek dressing. That's a big surprise to me.

Thanks for the advice about leaving the bread off sandwiches and avoiding starchy vegetables. Good ideas!

Thank you for the comment about composition and metabolism. There is a lot more to nutrition and not only weightloss but FAT loss than just calories in and calories out. I am not going to be full and have proper nutrients to fuel my metabolism if I just eat a few candy bars a day, even if I burn those calories off. I…

Thanks ladies.

Thanks, I love dried apples. Good idea!
This is kind of a girl's thing, but....I have this friend...OK, it's me... I DO THIS >:) My solution has been to just remove junk foods from the home and keep only whole foods like lean meats, fresh fruits and veggies, nuts, whole grains, beans and raw, whole dairy stuff. Also, once a week, I allow myself a "cheat…

Thanks I never knew the benefit of gluten free food. I will try to incorporate the into my diet more.
