Thanks, I never considered whole wheat bread as a high sodium food. Or cheese for that matter. Man, I'm starting to feel like I can only eat fruits and veggies.

Dang it, I love salsa. And I eat soup pretty often. But I don't have these items daily and I always go over my limit. It's getting very frustrating.

I wish that premium membership ranked my foods with sodium rather than just carbs, fat, protein, and calories. It would make it easier to monitor this. I do cook, but often don't use salt at all. I rarely have canned foods and eating out is usually salad and soup.

Yeah the problem is I often barely reach fiber goals and protein goals now. Looking for foods high in these and low in calories.

So true. Greek salad is delicious! Wish I could have been there. And I know what you mean with the peanut butter. I used to eat it straight out of the jar. Not anymore! :(

Seriously they are just like baby heads of lettuce. So cute and delicious. Never had a vegetable I didn't like. Or fruit.

Same here, Brussel sprouts was one of my faves! I was practically a vegetarian anyway growing up so it was an easy switch when I read a pamphlet on animal cruelty and the conditions the animals bred to eat are in. Pretty sad stuff.

Lol. I did buy suckers with scorpions in them before. My brother actually ate them and said they weren't bad. Ooh, I love veggie delight from Subway with Sriracha sauce. Yum yum!

Yes, I know what you mean. I had to up my veggie intake like crazy. I have committed to not drinking anything but water since I joined this app and it has definitely helped. I haven't tried Atkins but it seems like most protein bars taste so nasty!

Dang it, I love dairy. Lol. I have completely cut of fast food and I have hated soda all my life. Haven't eaten any sweets in 3 days. It's amazing that as a vegetarian I have a had whole days with no veggies at all! Thanks for the advice!

Exactly, people are just ignorant. I know obese vegetarians that keep donuts in the house daily. Junk food everywhere. I think people get vegans and vegetarians mixed up a lot too. Big difference there.

Lol. I actually pretty much did until I joined this app. People have this crazy notion that vegetarians only eat vegetables for the most part. I have a huge sweet tooth. How many sweets can you think of that have meat in them?

Lol. Yeah, that's the goal. I'm looking for more specific foods that vegetarians can eat and still be full and get the proper nutrients without going over on calories.
