I feel like everyone is selling something these days... I have to constantly unfollow people on Facebook because of their constant posting about how amazing their products are.

I don't do a cheat day... Just a cheat meal on Sunday evenings. And I still log all of it, even if it's over my calories. I still do things that people would consider to be "bad" I just make sure it fits in my calories for the day. I had two beers with dinner last night =) It's all about moderation!

WW is essentially a low calorie diet. Add up your calories from the foods you ate or a few days...I've used both and I love MFP. I love the ability to track specific things (carbs, fat, protein)!

You can't go wrong being active. The more active you are, the more calories you are burning, the more weight you will lose. You will lose more weight faster by combining your new eating habits with some type of daily activity. =)

I struggle with this on the regular. It's a day to day battle. I'm an emotional eater. I can't keep my trigger foods in the house. And if I do have them, I eat them until they are gone. It's been hard for me to get in the "lifestyle change" mind set instead of the "diet" mind set. It's nice to see I'm not alone in this…
