I lost about 30 to 35 pounds when I dropped pants sizes dropped. To be honestly everyone loses weight differently an you will lose it in certain places before others. Well I started about the end of August of 2014 it was a really hard start. I started it off with a kick doing both the dieting and exercising. To lost some weight fast. Then it turned into just the dieting watching things that I ate taking smaller portions an drinking more water. :smile:

I deal with this a lot, its probably like what a lot of people are saying water weight an hormones. Oh the joy of being a woman lol but I would go to weighing yourself weekly or even bi-weekly. At the same time each time you do it weighing yourself everyday will drive you crazy.
