Well I don't know if the popcorn there has sugar, but I know that some popcorn is sugar free naturally. If it isn't drenched in butter than it is a good, healthy option.

You can add flavor to a salad by adding a meat like beef or chicken with a rub or other seasonings (look and try to buy organic meats)
