  • I missed two runs this week while on vacation. I made it out this morning and accomplished my goal!

  • I finished Week 3 of B210K this morning. Three 17 minute intervals with a warm up and cool down. Ran 4.62 miles. I start week 4 on Wed and next Saturday I'm running my first 5K race, The Color Run. Getting excited! I'm going out of town this weekend and hope to fit in a run on vacation in Santa Cruz near my hotel on Sunday.

  • I started Week 3 of B210K ran 4.09 miles barely made it. I finished Week 2 on Sunday then went to workout with a friend. Let's just say after an hour on legs Sunday, I'm shocked I ran 4 miles today and barely made it up the stairs at work. I hope Thursday is a better run for me.

  • I finished Week 2 of B210K today. I had a great week running. Best week yet since I started C25K even. I think it's helped going out early before the sun starts burning down when it's about 65° out. Any warmer and it's no fun for me.
  • Mid-morning run, Week 2 Day 1 of B210K. 4.11 miles at 13:53 minutes a mile. I made it under the 14 minute mark. I know I shouldn't be focusing on this but I'm so happy to be working on increasing speed and miles. My best run yet.

  • I finished the first week of B210K. I was at a 14:15 min mile on Friday, my plan was to be under 14 minutes today. I didn't make it, I was at 14:05 instead. There is always Tuesday. I guess I should be proud that I beat my time and ran 4 miles. I'm still proud I've come this far in nine weeks!

  • I'm new here. Just graduated C25K this week and started Bridge to 10K this morning. I'm in for 50 miles, completed 43 this month.

  • W8D3 done! I graduate Sunday woo hoo! 3.09 straight miles run this morning total 3.41 including warm up and cool down.
  • W8D2 completed yesterday. I actually ran 3.05 of it with a total mileage of 3.61 with the warm up and cool down. Tomorrow is W8D3 then graduate Sunday! I've already downloaded B210K for my next adventure.

  • Completed W7D2 early this morning. I'll finish week 7 Friday morning. All I know is I'm loving running and getting addicted to reading all things about running. I have noticed I only hate it the first mile or so :wink:
  • First post here. I completed week SIX this morning. I've been addicted since day 1. I can't believe six weeks ago I thought running a minute straight was hard, now I'm running 22 minutes and ecstatic once it's over.
